With the emergence of large-scale neuroimaging datasets, neuroscientsts have become increasingly reliant on using sophisticated methods to answer their scientific inquiries. As a result, the Neuroimaging community has developed a key set of tools to facilitate the access, analysis, visualization and interpretation of neuroimaging data. This collection of workshops aims to help orient students and learners toward how they can incorporate these tools into their workflows to answer their scientific questions in a reproducible manner.

These lessons are designed following the evidence-based, proven pedagogical training and live coding (learn-by-doing) teaching practices fostered by The Carpentries.

These lessons are part of the Community Lessons hosted at The Carpentries Incubator.
